Director, Prospect Development & Research Hybrid
Reporting to the Senior Director of Advancement Services and in partnership with Senior Leadership – including Individual Giving, Principal Gifts, and the Manager, Salesforce Administration and Business Intelligence – the Director of Prospect Development & Research oversees the identification, research, and analysis of potential donors, developing comprehensive strategies for managing donor relationships. Oversees the development of event and travel briefings for Senior Leadership and the President, conducting due diligence research for major and principal donors, and establishing institutional policies and database practices. Through these efforts, the Director transforms data into actionable insights, maximizing operational effectiveness and driving the institution’s philanthropic success. This position is based in Los Angeles, CA and may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
Athletic Trainer Los Angeles

Associate Controller Los Angeles

Academic Advisor Los Angeles
Reporting to the Director, the Academic Advisor’s core focus is to help increase the number of low-income, first-generation students who are prepared to enter and succeed in postsecondary education, to build persistence in college, and to prepare them for life-long learning. Academic advisors are part of a strong college, academic, and financial counseling team for students and parents. Academic advisors organize college visits and deliver workshops on financial aid, college applications, and peer mentoring activities for students and parents. Associate Director of Campus Safety Los Angeles
Reporting to the Director of Campus Safety, this position is responsible for management of all aspects of safety and security at Occidental College. Safety and Security operations include responding to criminal, emergency medical, hazardous, and potentially violent incidents. Works in collaboration with the Campus Deans and Directors and other administrative staff to ensure that situations are appropriately addressed and expectations of security and personal safety are achieved. Duties include planning, supervising, and coordinating security operations on a 24-hour basis; investigating and reporting on all security issues to the Director of Campus Safety; leading and participating in the provision of security services such as supervising, monitoring, training and assessing the performance of campus safety staff. Administrative and functional supervision is exercised over 12-14 staff employees.
Administrative Coordinator Los Angeles

Occidental College is looking for a licensed psychologist with training and experience working with young adult populations. The Staff Psychologist and Training Coordinator provides direct counseling and psychotherapeutic services to undergraduate students. The Staff Psychologist and Training Coordinator will additionally serve to oversee and supervise the current limited post-doctoral training program in conjunction with the Department of Disability Services. In addition to the post-doctoral program, the Staff Psychologist and Training Coordinator will work in conjunction with the Director of Counseling to create and implement a Master’s level practicum program within the Emmons Wellness Center. The Staff Psychologist and Training Coordinator will serve as the second in charge of the Counseling Center Services. The position is 12 months in length.
