Director (RD) is a 10.5-month live-in position responsible for overseeing the administration of co-educational residential communities. Residential Directors directly supervise a paraprofessional staff of 11-18 Resident Advisors (RAs) and manage residential communities housing 315-515 undergraduates, with a total on-campus population of 1,670 undergraduates. This role's responsibilities include fostering an appreciation for diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural competency within the halls, staff supervision, student conduct, counseling and referrals, programming, and overall building administration. Additionally, each Residential Director leads a collateral assignment that supports the broader Residential Education and/or Housing Services operations. |

Reporting to the Director of the Oxy Fund, the Assistant Director of the Oxy Fund, Leadership Giving works closely with the Frontline Fundraising team (annual giving, major giving and planned giving). In addition to routine annual giving responsibilities, this external-facing fundraising position is responsible for soliciting leadership-level gifts ($1,000 - $100,000) for the Oxy Fund. This driven, goal-oriented individual will concentrate their efforts on the acquisition, renewal and increase of leadership-level gifts, thus growing financial support of Occidental year-over-year and strengthening the base of future major donors.
