Reporting to the Senior Associate Dean/Director of Recruitment & Equity, the Associate Dean, Admission provides strategic leadership for all on-campus and off-campus recruitment and yield events. The Associate Dean oversees the Campus Visit team and leads the planning and execution of campus tours, open houses, overnight programs, and regional receptions. As a member of the Enrollment Senior Leadership Team, the Associate Dean contributes to broader enrollment strategy and decision-making. The Associate Dean supervises and mentors junior admission staff, while also managing recruitment territory and evaluating first-year and transfer applications. The Associate Dean collaborates closely with campus partners and uses data and technology to enhance recruitment efforts and improve event outcomes. |
Director, Sponsored Research

Reporting to the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of the College, the Director, Sponsored Research is responsible for overseeing all aspects of pre- and post-award administration. This includes ensuring timely, efficient, and effective support for faculty while maintaining full compliance with all applicable terms, conditions, and regulations. The Director will ensure the college has implemented all required policies and procedures related to grants and contracts. Additionally, this role plays a key part in expanding the college’s grants and contracts portfolio by assisting faculty with proposal development and submission. The Director is expected to serve as the subject matter expert in this area and to pursue ongoing professional development to stay current with evolving regulations and best practices. |

Reporting to the Head Coach, Swimming & Diving, the Assistant Coach, Men’s and Women’s Diving is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of divers, including but not limited to: coaching, scheduling, conditioning, contest preparation, scouting, practice planning and execution, fundraising, purchasing and care of equipment, planning and supervision of team travel, and monitoring the personal, academic, and athletic development of student-athletes in the program. A key area of responsibility will also be assisting in the implementation of the program's recruiting plan to attract student-athletes with strong character and an academic profile that aligns with the mission of the College and Athletics. The Assistant Coach will work collaboratively with various departments across campus, including but not limited to Admissions, Student Affairs, Institutional Advancement, and Alumni Relations, to optimize community engagement efforts. |
Senior Assistant Dean of Admissions

Reporting to the Senior Associate Dean, the Senior Assistant Dean leads the campus visit team, helping to maintain the highest level of service for campus visitors. The role is responsible for the planning and execution of on-campus recruitment programs for counselors, prospective students, and admitted students and families. This includes the management of multiple flagship admission events each year, partnering with academic and co-curricular departments, sharing academic and departmental updates, programs, and features with the entire enrollment team. This role dean also oversees virtual admission programming. including development of a monthly schedule of virtual information sessions, scheduling presenters, and design and scheduling of other kinds of virtual panels and programs. As a member of the team of admission officers, visits high schools and community-based organizations around the country for information sessions, college fairs, workshops, and other programming and is responsible for the management of assigned geographic territories both in and out-of-state. The Senior Assistant Dean also serves as the point person for our fine arts department and manages the review of applicant Slideroom submissions. |

Reporting to the Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Medicine, the board-certified athletic trainer will assist with executing the duties and responsibilities of providing exceptional medical services for approximately 450 student-athletes who participate in 20 NCAA Division III intercollegiate sports teams in the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC). These duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, designing and implementing effective and high-quality programs for the prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of student-athlete injuries and illnesses. |

Under the direction of the Senior Director, the Development Coordinator provides support for key fundraising projects and manages related information. Working closely with IA team members and campus partners, the incumbent assists and supports the advancement of fundraising efforts. The Development Coordinator manages a small portfolio of corporate and foundation prospects and is administratively responsible for a wide array of writing assignments, including, proposals and reports and fundraising support materials.

This position is intended to supplement and support the duties of the current Case Manager. The temporary Case Manager plays a key role in ensuring equal access to the College’s academic programs by helping facilitate appropriate accommodations and offering support to students with a variety of disabilities, including but not limited to medical, psychological, and learning disabilities. This leadership role manages payroll operations, ensures compliance with federal and multi-state regulations, and implements best practices to improve payroll processes. The Payroll Manager serves as a key liaison across campus departments, fostering collaborative relationships, providing strategic guidance, and resolving complex or escalated payroll matters.
