Campus Safety Officer Los Angeles
Reporting to a Campus Safety Sergeant or Corporal, Campus Safety officers are the main workforce of the Occidental Campus Safety Department and are responsible for performing a wide variety of campus safety functions. Performs high visibility vehicle and foot patrols on campus, at adjacent rental homes, and at sorority/ fraternity houses to discourage and apprehend lawbreakers, and to deter crime.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Enrollment and Regional Engagement, the Regional Admission Manager, Northern California, plays a critical role in achieving the college’s enrollment goals by leading strategic recruitment and outreach efforts within a designated geographic region. Based in Northern California, this position is primarily responsible for the Greater Bay Area of San Francisco and surrounding counties. The Regional Admission Manager oversees and manages all aspects of the recruitment and admissions process within the assigned region, exercising professional judgement and high degree of autonomy. Responsibilities include conducting high school visits, representing the College at college fairs, and designing and executing recruitment events that strengthen the College’s presence and visibility in the region. The Regional Admission Manager provides expert guidance throughout the college search and application process, ensuring a high quality and personalized experience for prospective applications. The Regional Admission Manager is responsible for the application review and evaluation, contributing to the overall admission process. The Regional Admission Manager leads the coordination and delivery of virtual programming for the Office of Admission and contributes to the development, implementation, and assessment of regional recruitment strategies. Serving as a key point of contact between the college and regional stakeholders, the Regional Admission Manager uses data and local insights to guide outreach efforts and support enrollment goals. This position requires extensive travel throughout Northern California, with occasional travel to other areas in the Western U.S.
Programming and Communications Coordinator - Oxy Arts Los Angeles
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Programming and Communications Coordinator supports the programming and communications components of Oxy Arts. This role interfaces with Oxy Arts artists, campus partners, faculty, staff, and operations, among others; supports staff in planning and preparing programming content, and manages marketing, communications and department organizational components. Serves as liaison between Oxy Arts and external partners and oversees student workers, when applicable. This position is represented for purposes of collective bargaining by SEIU.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of PD&C, the Project Manager is responsible for management of projects ranging in construction value from $30,000 to $1M. The Project Manager facilitates and coordinates the design process (Concept, SD, DD, and CD) drawings, and coordinates the specialty consultants and general contractor. Drafts contracts, change orders, add services and RFPs for general contractors, subcontractors, consulting engineers and construction management. Monitors the work to ensure it complies with the construction documents, specifications, schedule, and agreed budget. Performs day-to-day site reviews and responds to questions from the field.
