Director, Disability Services and Student Support

| Reporting to the Professor/Associate Dean for Student Academic Affairs, the Director of Disability Services and Student Support leads the Office of Disability Services and provides primary leadership for disability services at the College. The Director collaborates with campus partners to deliver education and training to the community on the lived experiences and needs of disabled students. The Director works directly with students requiring accommodations to ensure equal access to the College’s academic programs and provides support for students with a range of disabilities, including, but not limited to, medical, psychological, and learning disabilities. The Director oversees the student support programming of the office, which serves both students registered with the office and the broader student population. The Director also serves as a Student Success Advisor in partnership with the Dean of Students Office and is a member of Oxy’s Care Team. |

Responsibilities include banquet set-ups, food and beverage service, event logistics, equipment packing, deliveries, customer service, student dinner service coordination, cashiering, equipment and supply management, event supervision, room maintenance, sanitation, safety, and vehicle maintenance and security. |

| Reporting to Food Service Manager, the Cashier is responsible for handling all ID checks, inter-departmental transactions, and cash payments. They must be proficient in using the Microsoft POS system to accurately charge customers. Additionally, the cashier is expected to restock and rotate front-of-house items, maintain a clean and organized workspace, take orders correctly, and communicate effectively. |

| Reporting to the Associate Director of Campus Dining and under the supervision of the Service Supervisors, the Front of the House Assistant is responsible for restocking food and beverage products, maintaining cleanliness in dining areas, and providing friendly, efficient customer service. The Front of the House Assistant supports daily dining operations by ensuring supplies are replenished and service areas remain clean and organized. Key responsibilities include inventory monitoring, general cleaning duties, and assisting guests with their dining needs. This position is essential in helping create a positive and seamless dining experience for the campus community. |
